Terms and conditions of bookings in Inkari Hotels
Terms of the contract
INKARI HOTELS: Service provider hosting.
CLIENT: Passenger who takes the services of Inkari Hotels (of age).
CHECK–IN: Check-in process to the customer in hotel before entering the Room.
CHECK-OUT: The process of checking out of the client at the time you are finished using the services of the hotel.
NO-SHOW: It is the non-presentation of the passenger in the hotel prior to 23:59 hours on the scheduled day of arrival, without prior notification by the customer.
BOOKING: Agreement between Inkari Hotels and the Customer to book the(s) room(s) for the requested dates.
FEE FOR SERVICES: Additional surcharge of 10% to the consumption of services provided.
GENERAL TAX SALES (VAT): Tax corresponding to the 18% rate.
General conditions
When you make a reservation through the website, the Customer unconditionally accepts the following terms and conditions. No agent, servant or representative has the authority to modify them. These terms apply to all hotels of the chain.

Conditions for the booking via the web
- The rates shown are initially net, do not include VAT (18%), and a service charge (10%).
- The service fee is added in the last step of the purchase process.
- VAT, if applicable, will be paid at the hotel front desk.
- Rates are expressed per night/room, not per passenger.
Cancellation policies
- Cancellation 1 day: You can change or cancel up to 1 day before Check-in without charge.
- Cancellation 7 days: You can change or cancel up to 7 days prior to Check-in without charge.
- Non-Refundable: Do not accept changes, cancellations, or refunds.
- The penalty for No-Show corresponds to the total amount of the stay.
- All fees are charged in us dollars (USD).
- The booking confirmation will be within a maximum period of 24 hours.
Conditions for the process of Check–in and Check–out
- It is mandatory to present ID card, passport or resident card of all occupants (including children).
- The guests should be properly identified and registered (max. 30 minute visit).
- Admission of children only with the support and permission of attorney.
- Peruvian domiciled pay the VAT of 18%.
- Exemption of VAT requires a passport and TAM with income of no more than 60 days.
- Check-in: from 13:00 hrs / Check-out: 12:00 hrs.
- Early Check-in or Late Check-out is extra cost and is subject to availability.
Conditions for the stay in the hotel
- Mobility service available for a fee, you must coordinate with 24 h in advance.
- A child under the age of 5 years old can share room with two adults without extra charge.
- Breakfast buffet included is for two people, will be charged extra for children according to age.
- Extension requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and depend on availability.
- In case of force majeure, we offer you accommodation in another hotel of the chain or similar category.
- We are not pet friendly.
- Smoking is prohibited in rooms and facilities. Penalty: $ 250 per day.
- Free WiFi available in common areas, rooms and relaxation.
- Parking is available, but not guaranteed (order of arrival).
- Damage to the room will be charged to the passenger.
- We are not responsible for objects of value not declared or not insured.
- Lost items will be managed according to the protocol Lost & Found.
- It is prohibited the entry of unregistered people in the hotel.
- The consumption of beverages external generated rate of corkage.
- We do not offer tours, but we can refer to operators.
- Prohibited the consumption of hallucinogenic drugs.
- Tvs allow you to log-in to platforms personal (Netflix, YouTube, etc).
- The host must close your session at the end of your stay. The hotel is not responsible for the misuse later.
- We reserve the right to limit the consumption of alcohol to persons in a state of intoxication.
Procedure of Customer or Visitor is Not Pleased
Inkari Hotels is committed to provide a safe and respectful environment. Pleads NOT PLEASANT to any customer or visitor for the following reasons:
- Leave the hotel without make check-out and with outstanding debts.
- Register with false information or impersonate identity.
- The use of money, or false documents (repeatedly).
- Commit physical assault, verbal harassment or threats tested.
- Robberies or thefts during the stay or visit.
- Log in with smaller, non-registered or without valid documentation.
- Enter chaperones are not identified with official documents.
